REGULAR MEETING
DECEMBER 7, 1987
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
was called to order at 3:27 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City Council
Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present: David N. Ream, City Manager

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the November 2, 1987 Housing
Authority Meeting were approved on a Motion by
Authority Member Acosta, seconded by Authority
Member Pulido and carried 5:0.
CONSENT CALENDAR

A.
Monthly Status Report for the section 8 Housing Assistance
Program: OCTOBER 1987 -- The Monthly Status Report was received
and filed on a Motion by Authority Member Pulido, seconded by
Authority Member Acosta, and carried 5:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Extension of the Term of the section 8 Existinq Housinq Certificate
Proqram Annual Contributions Contract. -- Resolution 87-6 was
adopted on a Motion by Authority Member Acosta, seconded by
Authority Member Pulido and carried 5:0.
B.
Revised Master section 8 Annual Contributions Contract for
Housinq Voucher Proqram 30 units. -- Resolution 87-7 was
adopted on a Motion by Authority Member May, seconded by
Authority Acosta and carried 5:0.
MISCELLANEOUS
A.
Secretary of the Authority Report: The Secretary of the
Housing Authority was instructed to insert the following into
the minutes on a Motion by Authority Member Pulido, seconded
by Authority Member Acosta and carried 5:0: Pursuant to
Government Code section 54954.2 the December 7, 1987 Housing
Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at 8:30 a.m. on December 4,
1987.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the
Meeting was adjourned at 3:28 p.m.
