HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
FEBRUARY 1,1988
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana
was called to order at 5:49 p.m. by Vice-Chairman McGuigan in the city
council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present: David N. Ream, City Manager

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the January 19, 1988 Housing
Authority Meeting were approved on a Motion by
Authority Member Acosta, seconded by Authority
Member May and carried 6:0.

CONSENT CALENDAR
A.
Monthly Status ReDort for the Section 8 Housina Assistance
proaram: DECEMBER 1987 -- The Monthly Status Report was received
and filed on a Motion by Authority Member Pulido, seconded by
Authority Member Acosta and carried 6:0.
MISCELLANEOUS
A.
SecretarY of the Authority ReDort: The Secretary of the Housing
Authority was instructed to insert the following into the minutes
on a Motion by Authority Member May, seconded by Authority Member
Acosta and carried 6:0: Pursuant to Government Code Section
54954.2 the February 1, 1988 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on
the door of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at 3:30
a.m. on January 29, 1988.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the
Meeting was adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
