co.mcil O1ambers, 22 civic center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Jàm 1\costa, Dmiel Griset, Rein May,
Patricia Ma3Uigan, and Miguel Pulido. QJai.rman Dmiel H. Yo.m;J was
absent. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney
Edward J. Q::q)er, and Clerk of the co.mcil Janice c. Guy.
