'!he Regular Meetin] of the Hoosin] Authority of the city of Santa Ana was
called to order at 5:35 p.m. by ctJairman YOUIJ3" in the City Council Chambers, 22
civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were John
Acosta, Dan Griset, Patricia McGuigan, Rick Norton, Miguel Pulido, am Rebert
L. Richardson. Also present were City Manager D:ivid N. Ream, City Attorney
Fdward J. Cooper, am Clerk of the Council Janice c. Guy.
