Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were John
Acosta, Dan Griset, Patricia McGuigan, Rick Norton, Miguel Pulido, am Rebert
L. Richardson. Also present were city Manager D:ivid N. Ream, City Attorney
Fdward J. Cooper, am Clerk of the Council Janice c. Guy.
