called to order at 7:13 p.m. by 01aiDnan Young in the City Council 01aInbers, 22
civic Center Plaza, santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were John
Acosta, Dan Griset, Patricia McGuigan, Rick Norton, Miguel Pulido, am Robert
L. Richardson. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, city Attorney
Fdward J. Cooper, am Clerk of the Council Janice c. Guy.
