REGULAR MEETING
HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
DECEMBER 2, 1991
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa
Ana was called to order at 9:01 p.m. by vice Chairman Pulido in
the city Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana,
California. Authority Members present were John Acosta, Dan
Griset, Patricia McGuigan, Rick Norton, and Robert L. Richardson.
Chairman Young was absent. Also present were city Manager David
N. Ream, city Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council
Janice C. Guy.

MOTION: Instruct the Secretary to enter into the minutes:

Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.2 the
December 2, 1991 Housing Authority Agenda was posted
on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center
Plaza, at 3:30 p.m. on November 27, 1991.

Revised Master section 8 Annual contributions
Contract for Housing certificate Program - 6 units
MOTION:
Adopt a resolution approving superseding Part I of
the section 8 Existing Housing certificate Program
Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract Number
SF503 (E) including project CA16-E093-022 and
authorizing the Chairman and the Executive Director
of the Housing Authority to execute all required
documents of behalf of the Authority.

Part II of the section 8 Housing Voucher Program

including project CA16-V093-015 and authorizing the
Chairman and the Executive Director of the Housing
Authority to execute all required documents on
behalf of the Authority.
