MARCH 1, 1993
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa
Ana was called to order at 7:32 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City
Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Tom Lutz, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno,
Rick Norton, and Robert L. Richardson. Authority Member Pulido was
absent. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, city Attorney
Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

1, 1993 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door
of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at 3:30
p.m. on February 26, 1993.

Computer Workstations For section 8 Rental Assistance
Program.
MOTION:
1) Authorize the purchasing Division to purchase 10
computer workstations.
2) Authorize the expenditure in a maximum amount of
$25,000 from the Housing Authority's operating reserves
for the cost of the acquisition of computer
workstations.

New Consolidated and Extended Annual contributions
Contract for the Section 8 Housing Voucher Program.
MOTION:
Adopt a resolution approving Superseding Part I of the
section 8 Housing Voucher Program Annual contributions
Contract Number SF-503(V) and authorize the chairman
and the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to
execute all required documents on behalf of the
Authority.
