AUGUST 16, 1993
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the city of Santa
Ana was called to order at 6:39 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City
Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Tom Lutz, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno,
Rick Norton, Miguel Pulido, and Robert L. Richardson. Also present
were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and
Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.
MOTION:
Approve staff recommendations on the following Consent
Calendar items:

door of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at
3:30 p.m. on August 13, 1993.

and Vouchers Under the section 8 Rental Assistance
Program.

Adopt a resolution approving the submission of an
application to the United States Department of Housing
and Urban Development for additional Housing
certificates and Vouchers under the section 8 Housing
Assistance Program.

Contract for the section 8 Housing Voucher Program.

Adopt a resolution approving Superseding Part I of the
section 8 Housing Voucher Program Annual contributions
Contract Number SF-503(V) and authorize the Chairman
and the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to
execute all required documents on behalf of the
Authority.

Contract for the section 8 Existing Housing certificate
Program.

Adopt a resolution approving Superseding Part I of the
section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program
Consolidated Annual contributions Contract Number SF-
503(E) and authorize the Chairman and the Executive
Director of the Housing Authority to execute all
required documents on behalf of the Authority.
