CITY OF SANTA ANA
NOVEMBER 1, 1993
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the city of Santa
Ana was called to order at 7:45 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City
Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Tom Lutz, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno,
Miguel Pulido, and Robert L. Richardson. Also present were city
Manager David N. Ream, city Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of
the Council Janice C. Guy.

the door of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center
Plaza, at 3:30 p.m. on October 29, 1993.

section 8 Housing Voucher Program Consolidated Annual
Contributions Contract Number SF-503(V) and authorize
the Chairman and the Executive Director of the Housing
Authority to execute all required documents on behalf
of the Authority.

Amendment to Administrative Plan to Incorporate Changes
to the Family Self-Sufficiency Program.

Adopt a resolution approving the amendments to the
section 8 Rental Assistance Administrative Plan to
include changes to the Family Self-Sufficiency Program
and Family Self-Sufficiency Action Plan as outlined in
the revised regulations published in the Federal
Register.
