HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
JUNE 20, 1994
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City
of Santa Ana was called to order at 8:32 p.m. by Chairman Young in
the City Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana,
California. Authority Members present were Tom Lutz, patricia
McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, and Miguel Pulido. Authority
Member Robert L. Richardson was absent. Also present were City
Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J. cooper, and Clerk of
the Council Janice C. Guy.

MOTION: Instruct the Secretary to enter into the minutes:

Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.2 the June 20,
1994 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door of
the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at 3:30 p.m.
on June 17, 1994.

Residential Acquisition and Lease Program
MOTrON:
Direct the Authority Attorney to prepare, and
authorize the Executive Director to execute, an
agreement with the Redevelopment Agency authorizing
the sale of Agency-owned property to the Housing
Authority for implementation of the Housing
Authority Residential Acquisition and Lease
Program.

Direct the Authority Attorney to prepare, and
authorize the Executive Director to execute,
residential lease agreements between the Housing
Authority and local nonprofit housing corporations.
