REGULAR MEETING
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
OCTOBER 3, 1994
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the city of Santa
Ana was called to order at 7:22 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City
Council Chamber, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Tom Lutz, Patricia McGuigan, Lisa
Mills, Ted R. Moreno, Miguel pulido, and Robert L. Richardson.
Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward
J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.
MOTrON: Approve staff recommendations on the following Consent
Calendar items:
MOTION: McGuigan SECOND: Richardson

Monthly Status Report for the section 8 Housing

Instruct the Secretary to enter into the minutes:

Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.2 the October
3, 1994 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door
of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at 3:30
p.m. on September 30, 1994.

Contract No. SF-503 (K) section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation
Program
MOTrON:
Adopt a resolution authorizing execution of Amendment No.
5 to Part I of the Annual contributions Contract No. SF-
503 (K) section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Program and
authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director of the
Housing Authority to execute all required documents on
behalf of the Authority.
