APRIL 3, 1995
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was
called to order at 9:48 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City Council Chambers
22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were
Tony Espinoza, Tom Lutz, patricia McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, and
Robert L. Richardson. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City
Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

Housing Voucher Program.
Adopt a re"olution approving Amended Exhibits I and II to Part I
of the Section 8 Housing Voucher Program Annual Contributions
Contract No. SF-503(V), and authorize the Chairman of the Housing
Authority to execute all required documents on behalf of the
Authority.

MOTION:
Adopt a resolution approving Amended Exhibits I and II to Part I
of the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program Annual
Contributions Contract No. SF-503(E), and authorize the Chairman
of the Housing Authority to execute all required documents on
behalf of the Authority.

Application to HUD for Housing Certificates and Vouchers Under the
Section 8 Rental Assistance Program and Subprograms.
MOTION:
Adopt a resolution approving the submission of applications to the
United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for 100
additional Section 8 Housing Certificates or Vouchers, 10
additional Family Unification Program Certificates, 25
Certificates and Vouchers to establish a supply of mainstream
housing opportunities, 16 Certificates and Vouchers for persons
with HIV!AIDS and 17 Certificates and Vouchers for Homeless
Families,

Single-Room Occupancy Dwellings.

Authorize the Executive Director to submit the required
certifications to the U,S, Department of Housing and Urban
Development in support of the Aragon Affordable Housing, Inc.
application to HUD for funding under the Moderate Rehabilitation
for Single Room Occupancy Dwellings for Homeless Individuals
Program.
