MINUTES REGULAR MEETING HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECEMBER 4, 1995 The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana was called to order at 8:27 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City Council Chambers 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Tom Lutz, patricia McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy. MOTION: MINUTES: MOTION: LA REPORTS: 2.A Approve staff recommendations on the following Consent Calendar items: MOTION: McGuigan Richardson SECOND: VOTE: 7:0 Approve Minutes. Regular Meeting November 6, 1995. Receive and File Monthly Status Report for the section 8 Housing Assistance Program: October. 1995. MOTION: SECRETARY OF THE AUTHORITY REPORT Instruct the Secretary to enter into the minutes: 3.A Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2 the December 4, 1995 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 3:30 p.m. on december 1, 1995. NEW BUSINESS *******"***********END OF CONSENT CALENDAR**'*"'*"*"'**"*** 4.A MOTION: Sale and Issuance of Multifamily Housing Revenue Refunding Bonds - - 1995 Harbor pointe Partnership. Adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance of multifamily housing revenue refunding bonds in an amount not to exceed $5,500,000 for Harbor Pointe Partnership and authorize the Chair, Vice Chair, and/or Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute all documents as necessary. MOTION: Authorize the purchase of the Easy Track Inspection System and related training, software and four hand-held inspection units from Nan McKay and Associates for an amount not to exceed $16,000.
