HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
DECEMBER 4, 1995
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana was
called to order at 8:27 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City Council Chambers
22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were
Tony Espinoza, Tom Lutz, patricia McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, and
Robert L. Richardson. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City
Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 3:30 p.m. on december 1, 1995.

MOTION:
Sale and Issuance of Multifamily Housing Revenue Refunding Bonds -
- 1995 Harbor pointe Partnership.
Adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance of multifamily housing
revenue refunding bonds in an amount not to exceed $5,500,000 for
Harbor Pointe Partnership and authorize the Chair, Vice Chair,
and/or Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute all
documents as necessary.

Purchase of Easy Track Inspection Systems for the Section 8 Rental.
Assistance Program.
MOTION:
Authorize the purchase of the Easy Track Inspection System and
related training, software and four hand-held inspection units
from Nan McKay and Associates for an amount not to exceed $16,000.
