REGULAR MEETING
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
AUGUST 5, 1996
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was called to
order at 8:37 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the city Council Chambers 22 Civic Center
Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Tom
Lutz, Patricia McGuigan, Lisa Mills, and Ted R Moreno. Authority Member Robert L.
Richardson was absent. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney
Joseph W. Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

Pursuant to Government Code section 54954..2 the August 5, 1996 Housing
Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22
Civic Center Plaza, at 3:30 p.m. on August 2, 1996.

There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the meeting was
adjourned at 8:37 p.m.
