HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
SEPTEMBER 3, 1996
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was called to
order at 11:41 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City Council Chambers 22 Civic Center
Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Tom
Lutz, patricia McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson. Also
present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Joseph W. Fletcher, and Clerk
of the Council Janice C. Guy.

Adopt a resolution relating to the issuance of tax-exempt bonds for the
purpose of financing the acquisition and rehabilitation of a multifamily
residential rental project located at 2901 North Bristol Street.

Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds -- Villa Del Sol
Adopt a resolution relating to the issuance of multifamily housing
revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $16,100,000 for Villa Del Sol -
Advanced Group 94-95, a California Limited Partnership, and authorize
the Chair, Vice Chair, and/or Executive Director of the Housing
Authority to execute all documents as necessary.
