REGULAR MEETING
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
FEBRUARY 3, 1997
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was called to
order at 7:41 p.m. by Vice Chair Richardson in the City Council Chambers 22 Civic
Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza,
Brett Franklin, Tom Lutz, Patricia McGuigan, and Ted R Moreno. Chairman Pulido was
absent. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Joseph W.
Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22
Civic Center Plaza, at 3:30 p.m. on January 30, 1997.
