REGULAR MEETING
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
MARCH 3, 1997
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was called to
order at 8:15 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City Council Chambers 22 Civic Center
Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Brett
Franklin, Tom Lutz, Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson. Authority Member
McGuigan was absent. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney
Joseph W. Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

Approve staff recommendations on the following Consent Calendar items:

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2 the March 3, 1997 Housing
Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22
Civic Center Plaza, at 3:30 p.m. on February 26, 1997.
