HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
MAY 5, 1997
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was
called to order at 7:50 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City Council
Chambers 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members
present were Tony Espinoza, Brett Franklin, Tom Lutz, Patricia McGuigan,
Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson. Also present were City Manager
David N. Ream, City Attorney Joseph W. Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council
Janice C. Guy.

Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract for section 8
Preservation Vouchers
Adopt a resolution approving additional contract authority and
authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director of the Housing
Authority to execute all required documents on behalf of the
Authority.
