DECEMBER 1, 1997
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
was called to order at 7:08 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Brett Franklin, Torn
Lutz, Patricia McGuigan, Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson.
Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Joseph W.
Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

December 1, 1997 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on
the door of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza,
at 3:30 p.m. on November 26, 1997.

There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the
meeting was adjourned at 7:09 p.m. to a meeting to be held December
15, 1997 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 22 Civic
