DECEMBER 15, 1997
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 7:47 p.m. by Vice Chairman
Richardson in the City council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa
Ana, California. Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Brett
Franklin, Tom Lutz, Patricia McGuigan, and Ted R Moreno. Chairman
Pulido was absent. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream,
City Attorney Joseph W. Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council Janice C.
Guy.

December 1, 1997 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on
the door of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza,
at 3:30 p.m. on November 26, 1997.

Sale and Issuance of Multifamily Housing Revenue Refunding
Bonds - Heninger Village Senior Apartments
MOTION:
Adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance, sale, and
delivery of multifamily housing revenue refunding bonds in
an amount not to exceed $2,540,000 for Heninger Village
Senior Apartments and authorize the Chairman, Vice
Chairman, and Executive Director of the Housing Authority
to execute all required documents.

Mortgage Revenue Bond Inducement - Heritage Village
MOTION:
Adopt a resolution relating to the issuance of tax-exempt
bonds for the purpose of financing the acquisition and
rehabilitation of a multifamily residential rental project
located at 2833 North Bristol Street.
