MARCH 2, 1998
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
was called to order at 7:38 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City
Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were, Brett Franklin, Tom Lutz, and
Patricia McGuigan, Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson. Authority
Member Espinoza was absent. Also present were City Manager David N.
Ream, City Attorney Joseph W. Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council
Janice C. Guy.

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54944.2 the
March 2, 1998 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the
door of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at
3:30 p.m. on February 26, 1998.
