The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 7:21 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the
City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Brett Franklin, Tom Lutz, Patricia
McGuigan, Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson. Authority Member
Tony Espinoza was absent. Also present were City Manager David N.
Ream, City Attorney Joseph W. Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council
Janice C. Guy.
