The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
was called to order at 10:53 p.m. by Vice-Chairman Richardson in the
City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Brett Franklin, Tom Lutz, patricia
McGuigan, and Ted R Moreno. Chairman Pulido and Authority Member
Espinoza were absent. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream,
City Attorney Joseph W. Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council Janice C.
Guy.

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54944.2 the
August 3, 1998 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the
door of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at 3:30
p.m. on July 31, 1998.
