The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
was called to order at 9:59 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Brett Franklin, Tom Lutz, patricia
McGuigan, Ted R Moreno. Authority Members Tony Espinoza and Robert L.
Richardson were absent. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream,
City Attorney Joseph W. Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council Janice C.
Guy.

Section 8 Rental Assistance File Server
MOTION:
l. Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $14,000 in
administrative reserve account revenue and allocating same to
the Housing Authority administration account for the
acquisition of a new computer file server.
2. Award a contract for the purchase of the file server to
Centric Resources, Inc., in the amount of $12,169.10 and
authorize the Executive Director of the Community Development
Agency to execute all necessary documents.
3. Approve a project budget not to exceed $14,000.
