Instruct the Secretary to enter into the minutes.

Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 5:00 p.m. on July 14, 2000.

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION
SERVICES WITH DANIEL JUAN.
MOTION:
Direct the Authority Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and
the Executive Director to execute an amendment to the agreement for
Systems Administration Services with Daniel Juan for $15,000.
