Open public hearing by the City Council on the proposed sale
of Santa Ana Towers site by the Redevelopment Agency to
National Housing Consultants, Inc.
Recommendation:
Continue public hearing by the City Council
on the proposed sale of the Santa Ana Towers
site until 4:00 p.m.
3.
Open public hearing by the Commuinty Redevelopment Agency
on the proposed Disposition and Development Agreement for
the sale of Santa Ana Towers site to National Housing
Consultants, Inc.
Recommendation:
Continue public hearing by Redevelopment
Agency on the proposed Dispoètion and
Development Agreement until 4:00 P.M.

Public hearing by Redevelopment Agency on the Redevelopment
Project's draft supplemental Environmental Impact Report for
the Santa Ana Towers proposed 200 unit residential develop-
ment for senior citizens.
Recommendation:
Adopt Resolution 75-19.
RESOLUTION 75-19: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
ADOPTING AND CERTIFYING THE SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRON-
MENTAL IMPACT REPORT TO THE SANTA ANA REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ADOPTED MAY 15,
1975, FOR 200 UNITS OF SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING TO
BE CONSTRUCTED BETWEEN ROSS AND BIRCH, FIRST AND THIRD
STREETS IN THE SANTA ANA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA UNDER
THE UNITED STATES HOUSING ACT OF 1937 AS AMENDED.

Recommendation:
Waive reading of Council Resolution 75-178.
RESOLUTION 75-178: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA RECOGNIZING THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS THE LEAD AGENCY FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PREPARING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR
THE CITY COUNCIL'S REVIEW AND CONSIDERATION PRIOR TO ACTING
UPON THE PROPOSED SALE BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
SANTA ANA TOWERS SITE TO NATIONAL HOUSING CONSULTANTS, INC.,
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 200 RESIDENTIAL UNITS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS.
Recommendation:
Adopt Resolution 75-178.

January 5, 1976 in Council Chambers.

COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED: That John Garthe, Chairman of the
Community Redvelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, California,
has called a Special Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency
to be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 20 Civic Center
Plaza, Santa Ana, at the hour of 2:00 P.M. on Monday, December 15,
1975.
