TRAFFIC AND PARKING STUDY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AND JHK AND ASSOCIATES
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution 75-17
B. Resolution 75-18 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A NOTICE
OF TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT WITH LARRY SMITH AND CO., INC., FOR
ECONOMIC CONSULTANTS SERVICES AND INSTRUCTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
TO SERVE SAID NOTICE OF TERMINATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 517 OF THE
AGREEMENT
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution 75-18
C. Request by Frederick Hopper for exclusive right to negotiate on
parcel by Santa Ana Boulevard and Garnsey for office development
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize six month exclusive right to negotiate
for phase one of development proposal consisting
of 41,700 square feet office space with right to
request reconsideration of additional square feet
three months into exclusive
COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION: The Commission recommended a six month
exclusive right to negotiate for 41,700 square feet
for office space development with a right to request
reconsideration of additional square feet within three
months
