MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHO-
RIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR FINANCIAL CONSULTANT
SERVICES WITH JOHN F. GRAY
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution 75-15
B.
Resolution 75-16: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHO-
RIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES
WITH BAIR AND WEBB, CONSULTING APPRAISERS.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution 75-16

Resolution 75-17: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHO-
RIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR TRAFFIC AND PARKING
STUDIES WITH JHK, ASSOCIATES
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution 75-17

Review and approval of Consultant for Specific Planning
Services for eight to ten block target area in downtown
to aid in development decision for Transit Terminal, hotel
location, rehabilitation potential. Contract cost estimated
at $25,000 plus hourly payment to architect for planning
services with property owners as authorized by Executive
Director.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Commission's recommendation

Review and approval of Consulting Services to conduct
relocation feasibility study and to provide relocation
services to residents for 14 acre housing project between
First and Third, Ross and Flower
RECOMMENDATION:

Review of Proposal by Frederick Hopper for development of
office space and request for exclusive right to negotiate
for six month period for parcel by Santa Ana Boulevard,
Flower and Garnsey

Kerr, Forster, hotel feasibility experts, at a cost of
$5500, the study will be completed in four weeks and empha-
size the four block area adjacent to the Transit Terminal

contract for services

Oral review of EDA grant request for $500,000 contribution to
commercial center parking garage
