Resolution 76-31:: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE REDE-
VELOPMENT PROJECT ON THE 14 ACRE SITE IN THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO FILE A
NOTICE OF DETERMINATION TO CARRY OUT THE PROJECT PURSUANT
TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF 1970, SECTION 21152 OF
THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution 76-31
Review of proposal for appraisal services by John R.
Mawhinney in order to appraise Main Street Shopping
Center owned by Bruce C. Walkup. Cost for services,
$2000.
Confirm that Executive Director
should accept appraisal services
and pay retainer of $1000.

VELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN AND THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE AGENCY
