Report of Executive Director
A.
Selection of Consultant to perform Feasibility Analysis
for Performing Arts/Sports Complex
RECOMMENDATION:
1)
Concur with the Commission's recommendation in selecting
Economics Research Associates to perform the feasibility
analysis, and authorize the Executive Director to prepare
and bring back a contract with Economics Research Associates,
or
OPTIONS:

Interview and select one of the two top candidates, or

Appoint a three man committee from the Agency to set up
another interview with the two top candidates. If a three
man committee is appointed, it is recommended that a Special
Meeting be held and that the three man èommittee interview
the two top consu1t~nts at 12:00 noon, August 2,1976, the
day of the Council meeting
Lease of property at southwest corner of Santa Ana Boulevard
and Main Streets (former Charcoal Broiler site) for temporary
parking lot
RECOMMENDATION:
Authorize Executive Director to prepare a
lease agreement with the County of Orange
based on the terms as outlined in the lease

RESOLUTION 76-19: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE
AGENCY TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY
IN THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution 76-19
D.
Minor technical changes to the grant deed between the Rede-
velopment Agency and National Housing Consultants, Inc.
(the 200 units senior citizen site)
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve changes as recommended by Legal Counsel
