REroMMENDATION :
Adopt Resolution 76-13.
B.
Selection of housing developer for 14 acre site developænt and
granting of exclusive right to negotiate for six IIDnth period.
RECOMMENDATION :

Select developer for 200 units Section 8 housing
and market rate housing units for the ranainder
of the 14 acre site. Grant exclusive right to
