Requests for time extensions on exclusive right to negotiate
for Forestrong Development, Inc., David M. Paul, Inc. and
Willowbrook Development, Inc.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve six month extension on exclusive
right to negotiate for Forestrong Development
and David M. Paul, Inc. .
Approve an extension of 30 days exclusive
right to negotiate for Willowbrook Development
contingent on the terms heretofore set forth
in staff memorandum dated March 17,1976.

Resolution 76-8: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN
OWNERS PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF SANTA ANA
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, SECOND STREET REVIVAL AND
NATHAN SINGER.
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution 76-8.
Report on status of application for parking deck to be funded
by Economic Development Agency and preliminary application for
technical assistance grant in support of Center for Performing
Arts.
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Executive Director to submit appli-
cation to EDA for technical assistance grant
of $80,000 and to provide local share support
$20,000.
Review of authorization to acquire parcels between First and
Third, Ross and VanNess Streets at appraised fair market value
for assemblage of site for Section 8 housing for elderly.
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Executive Director to acquire
parcels at fair market value with Community
Development funds for Section 8 housing project.
Review of requests for attendance at regional conference of
National Housing and Redevelopment officials by Agency members,
Commission Chairman and Executive Director.
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize attendance and expenses at conference
of two Agency members, one commissioner and
Executive Director.
Resolution 76-9: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AMENDING ITS BY-LAWS TO ESTABLISH NEW MEETING
TIME OF FOURTH TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 5:00 P.M.
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution 76-9.
