B, Authorization for the establishment of a self-insurance reserve fund for liability claims of up to $150,000. RECOMMENDATION: Authorize staff to establish self-insur- ance reserve fund for liability claims in amount of $150,000 with payment in annual increments of $50,000. RECOMMENDATION: Recommended that staff establish a self-insurance fund for the uncovered liability claims of the Agency in the amount of $50,000, and to build to the City's limits, presently $150,000, sub- ject to a budget review on an annual basis, COMMISSION Approval of administrative budget revision and appro- priation of funds for inclusion of Steno Clerk I, bi- lingual position for Site Office. C. . RECOMMENDATION: Authorize and appropriate funds for position, RECOMMENDATION: Recommended that the Agency's administrative budget be revised to reflect an authorized position of Steno Clerk I, bilingual, and appropriate funds for position. COMMISSION Approval of budgets for Santa Ana Intown Apartments, Forestrong Development Company and Heritage Development for implementation by the Redevelopment Commission pursuant to Resolution 77-27. Letter from Hunt, Liljestrom and Wentworth, attorneys for Henry Stotsenberg; Commission recommendation on Rescue Mission, RECOMMENDATION: Authorize staff to respond to letter stating that public hearing on necessity of condemnation will be initiated against Rescue Mission and that Second Street improvements will be bid by February 30, 1978. COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: That Agency should proceed with condemnation action against Rescue Mission, END OF CONSENT CALENDAR 8. PUBLIC HEARING on condemnation of real property located in the 14 acre housing site. The owners of the property under consideration for condem- nation action are: Mr, & Mrs. Ralph C. Morones 15125 Fairacres Drive, La Mirada Mr, & Mrs. David L, Branson 14811 Braeburn Road, Tustin Mr, & Mrs. Donald E, Sammons 26895 La Sierra Drive, Mission Viejo Mrs, Laura M. Hammerberg 420 Clipper Way, Seal Beach RECOMMENDATION: If the Agency decides to proceed, the following resolution of necessity has been prepared for adoption: RESOLUTION 77-28: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT- ING THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR REDEVELOPMENT PURPOSES IN THE FOURTEEN ACRE SITE IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND DECLARING THE PUBLIC NECESSITY THEREFOR COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Recommended that Agency adopt resolution of necessity. 9, ADJOURNMENT
