THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY IN THE REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AREA,

ment Agency and Economic Research Associates to provide
$4,900 additional funds for the purpose of preparing
and printing a summary brochure on the Center for the
performing Arts.

contract modification,

Modification of "Contract of Sale for Private Redevelop-
ment" dated May 2, 1977 by substituting a letter of
credit in lieu of a performance and payment bond and
extending development schedule for construction of
Rosswood Villa, senior citizen project, by 45 days.

Report from Civic Center Barrio Committee reviewing
selection procedures used and recommending applicants
for Mead rehabilitated housing units located at scat-
tered lots throughout Santa Ana, Report is pursuant to
agreement between Mead, City of Santa Ana and Community
Redevelopment Agency dated May 24,1977, requiring City
and Barrio to jointly select applicants for the housing
units.
RECOMMENDATION:
Receive report and approve Barrio
Committee's recommended applicants.
