PROPOSAL FROM FORE STRONG DEVELOPMENT COMPANY for six month exclusive right to negotiate for parcel between Santa Ana Boulevard; Fifth Street, Birch and Ross Streets, Recommendation: Approve six month exclusive right to negotiate between CommUnity Redevelopment Agency and Fore Strong Development Company and authorize staff to acquire parcel for development purposes, E, Commission Recommendation: At August 17th meeting, Com- mission unanimously recommend a six month exclusive right to negotiate be granted to Fore Strong Development; at a three month interval Fore Strong is to report on specific developÅ“nt plan, plot plan, sehedule for deveJ.opnent, REPORT by Executive Director on status of Old City Hall sale agreement, Recommendation: Receive, Commission Recommendation: At Commission meeting on July 25,1977, Commission recommended that a 90 day extension be granted to Del Pueblo for the purposes of preparing a development proposal.
