Resolution 77-14: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES FOR REDEVELOPMENT PUR-
POSES IN THE 14 ACRE SITE IN THE CIT¥ OF SANTA ANA, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AND DECLARING THE PUBLIC NECESSITY THEREFOR
Recommendation:
Resolution 77-15: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR REDEVELOPMENT PURPOSES
IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, STATE OF

REAL PROPERTY IN THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA

conveying senior citizen site pursuant to
"Contract of Sale" between Agency and Santa
Ana Intown Apartments, Limited.
