ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF SANTA ANA AND COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY - assigns the rights and responsibility of the City under the OCTD Agreement to the Redevelopment Agency Approve the Agreement and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Agency COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION: Commission will take action at a Special Meeting on May 20,1977: an oral report on Commission's action will be reported to the Agency RECOMMENDATION: B, AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, COMMUNITY REDE- VELOPMENT AGENCY AND THE MEAD CORPORATION, A NON PROFIT CORPORATION, TO IMPLEMENT THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FEDERALLY FUNDED HOUSING REPLACEMENT PROGRAM - The Housing Replacement Program is a condition of our settlement agree- ment with Western Center for Law and Poverty. The Agreement authorizes Mead Corporation as the housing rehabilitation contractor for the Community Development Housing Replacement Project, Approve the Agreement and authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Agency COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION: Commission will take action at a Special Meeting of May 20,1977: an oral report on Commission's action will be reported to the Agency RECOMMENDATION: C, AGREEMENT BETWEEN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND PAUL MACMILLIN, AN APPRAISER - provides for appraisal services to update residential appraisals in the 14 acre housing site and provide appraisals of commercial realty, fixtures and furniture as needed for purchase of land for OCTD parking structure, Commercial apprai- sal will only be undertaken after OCTD approval of appraiser and contract. Authorization for new position - Coordinator-Neighborhood Center on Redevelopment' Agency Staff to provide Site Office Staff and to carry out relocation and social service pro- gram in 14 acre housing project Authorize a new position of Coordinator- Neighborhood Center for Redevelopment Agency Staff and authorize Executive Director to fill position COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION: Commission will take action at a Special Meeting on May 20, 1977¡ an oral report on Commission's action will be reported to the Agency RECOMMENDATION: B. Bid Call: Authorize Executive Director to seek bids for grubbing and clearing contract on senior citizen site between First and Third, Ross and Van Ness RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Executive Director to advertise for bids for grubbing and clearing contract COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION: No action needed C, Proposal for Architectural, Planning and Engineering Con- sultation Services for the 14 acre housing site RECOMMENDATION: Approve proposal and authorize Executive Director to accept proposal for services COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION: Commission previously approved concept of hiring of the consultant D, PROPOSAL FOR RELOCATION SERVICES FROM PORT AND FLOR, INC, FOR REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Executive Director to negotiate contract between Agency and Port and Flor to provide commercial relocation services as needed, relocation resources study to comply with Federal law and Health and Safety Code and to provide consultation services on hourly basis for residential relocation E. COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION: Commission will review at Special Meeting to be held on May 20,1977 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY PROMISSORY NOTE - to secure advance of disposition proceeds ($333,250) to redeveloper, Santa Ana Intown Apartments, Ltd" pursuant to Contract for Sale of Land for Private Redevelopment RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Chairman to execute promissory note subsequent to payment of advance of $333,250, by redeveloper to Agency . . . .
