lowest responsive bidder, Hintz Wrecking Company,
Inc., in the amount of $900.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE FOR WALTER SCOTT
Recommendation: Grant a six month exclusive right
to negotiate to E. walter Scott for the development
