CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING ON CONDEMNATION OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE HERITAGE DEVELOPMENT SITE
The owners of the property under consideration for
condemnation are:
Leo J. Friis, Lena Jane Friis, and James J. Friis
Recommendation: If the Agency decides to proceed,
the following Resolution of Necessity has been
prepared:
Resolution 78-31: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CONDEMNATION OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR REDEVELOPMENT PURPOSES
IN THE HERITAGE DEVELOPMENT SITE IN THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND DECLARING
THE PUBLIC NECESSITY THEREFOR.
Commission Recommendation:
with condemnation.
That the Agency proceed

AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE AMERICAN NATIONAL PROPERTIES DEVELOPMENT
SITE
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 78-33: A RESOLU-
TION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE
AGENCY TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS FOR THE ACQUISITION
OF REAL PROPERTIES IN THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
AREA

were polled, and recommended that the property be
acquired.

OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED: That David Brandt, Chairman of the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, California
has called a Special Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency
to be held in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa
Ana, California, at the hour of 2:00 P.M. on Monday, November 6,1978.
The purpose of the meeting is as follows:
1.
Public Hearing on Condemnation of Real Property Located in the
Heritage Development Site
2.
Authorize the Executive Director to acquire Property Located
in the American National Properties Development Site
3.
