Continuation of Public Hearing on condemnation of real prop-
erty located in the downtown area.
The owner of the property under consideration for condemna-
tion action is:
Missionaries At Home, Inc.
RECOMMENDATION:
If the Agency decides to proceed, the
following resolution of necessity has
been prepared for adoption.
COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Recommended that Agency proceed
with condemnation.
Resolution 78-7: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR REDEVELOPMENT PUR-
POSES IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AND DECLARING THE PUBLIC NECESSITY THEREFOR.

OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED: That David Brandt, Chairman of the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, California
has called a Special Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency
to be held in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa
Ana, California, at the hour of 5:00 P.M., on Wednesday, March 15,
1978.
The purpose of the meeting is as follows:
1.
Continuation of Public Hearing on condemnation of real property
located in the downtown area.
