ABSORPTION STUDY FOR INTOWN CONDOMINIUMS
Recommendation:

PROPOSAL FOR DEVELOPMENT OF LAW OFFICES ON SANTA ANA
BOULEVARD AND FLOWER STREET
Recommendation: Grant six month exclusive right to
negotiate, subject to resolution (within 30 days) of
property owner Cleo H. Key's request to participate
and/or develop the site.
Commission Recommendation: Recommend that Agency
grant six month exclusive right to negotiate to
Stephen L. Phillipson, effective 30 days from June
12, in the event that Mr. Key does not present a
superior design concept within the 30 days.
JONES DEVELOPMENT
Recommendation:

Reconsider the formation of a master develop-
ment plan for the area bounded by Civic Center
Drive, Tenth Street, Flower and Parton Streets.
Commission Recommendation: Recommend to Agency
approval of preliminary plans for development con-
tingent upon the satisfactory resolution of the
Garnsey Street problem.

CONTINUATION OF OLD COURTHOUSE PLAZA (WALTER SCOTT PROPOSAL)
Recommendation:
1.
Allow six month exclusive right to negotiate
held by Mr. Scott to expire;
2.
Give Staff directions for the selection of
substitute developer, i.e., density, land value,
design; or
3.
Set up a special meeting as quickly as possible
to discuss in depth the selection of the sub-
stitute developer.
