AMENDMENT TO THE OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH JONES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 80-115: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO AN OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID AGENCY AND JONES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
