CIAL AND RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Recommendation: Grant Associates Four Interna-
t10nal a six month exclusive right to negotiate
for the development of a site bounded by First,
Flower, Second and Olive Streets, subject to the
payment of one-half of the cost of the necessary
feasibility study and the future availability of
Agency funds.
Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the

am the duly chosen, qualified and acting Recording Secretary of
the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana; that
an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana will be held on September 2,1980 at
2:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa
Ana, notice of which is attached hereto; that on August 19, 1980,
at the hour of 11:00 A.M., I posted a copy of said notice on the

OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that at a Regular Meeting held on
August 18, 1980, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 22 Civic Center
Plaza, the Community Redevelopment Agency of Santa Ana adjourned
said meeting to Tuesday, September 2,1980 at 2:00 P.M. in the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California, for
the election of officers and to discuss a proposal for First and
Flower Streets office/commercial and residential development.
