Resolution 80-84: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMU- NITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING ITS CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE "AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES OF INVESTMENT BANKER (COMMERCIAL REDEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION LOANS)" 2. Resolution 80-85: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMU- NITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO A FINANCIAL CONSULTANT AGREEMENT 3. Resolution 80-86: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMU- NITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR- MAN TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE LOANS 4. BAKER Commission Recommendation: Recommend Agency approval of Commercial Rehabilitation Participation Agreement between Redevelopment Agency and William E. Baker. F. EXTENSION OF EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT WITH FEDERATED DEPARTMENT STORES, INC. Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 80-97: A RESOLU- TION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND FEDERATED DEPART- MENT STORES, INC. Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the Agency adopt a resolut~on authorizing the Chairman of the Agency to execute a second amendment to the Exclusive Negotiation Agreement between the Agency and Federated Department Stores, Inc. granting a 90- day extension of said agreement. ASSIGNMENT OF OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH DUMEX CORPORA'rION Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 80-98: A RESOLU- TION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE ASSIGNMENT BY DUMEX CORPORATION OF ITS INTERESTS IN A PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH THE AGENCY TO CIVIC CENTER PLAZA COMPANY.
