contingent upon each developer paying 12% interest
on all due advances at the time of granting the 90
day extension.

the developers a 90 day extension for payment of
advances contingent upon developer paying 12% inter-
est in advance upon all due advances.

TION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE
AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION
OF REAL PROPERTY IN THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA,

Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 80-51: A RESOLU-
TION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE

ACQUISITION OF PERMANENT LOANS FOR REHABILITATION
OF SPECIFIED PROPERTIES AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS
IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.

sary to implement the Wells Fargo Loan Program.

MAJOR COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 80-53: A RESOLU-
TION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA CLARIFYING THE AUTHORITY OF THE
AGENCY TO FUND PERMANENT LOANS PURSUANT TO THE
MAJOR COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO APPROVE BID
COMMITMENTS.
Commission Recommendation: Approve all steps neces-
sary to implement the Wells Fargo Loan Program.
D.
EXTENSION OF EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT WITH FEDERATED
DEPARTMENT STORES, INC.
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 80-54: A RESOLU-
TION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE
AN AMENDMENT TO THE EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND FEDERATED DEPARTMENT STORES,
INC., extending the exclusive right to negotiate
for 90 days.
Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the
Agency adopt a resolution authorizing the Chairman
of the Agency to execute an amendment to the Exclu-
sive Negotiation Agreement between the Agency and
Federated Department Stores granting a 90 day exten-
sion of said agreement,
