OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
September 21, 1977
Mayor Vernon S. Evans called the meeting to order in Room 831,
City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza, at 5:30 P.M. The following
Council members were present Gordon Bricken, Harry K. Yamamoto,
John Garthe, David L. Brandt, James B. Ward and Mayor Evans.
Councilman David F. Ortiz arrived at 5:50 P.M. Staff members
present were City Manager Bruce C. Spragg and Clerk of the
Council Florence I. Malone.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
INVOCATION
to the Flag.
The Invocation was given
by Mayor Evans, following
the Pledge of Allegiance
EXECUTIVE SESSION At 5:35 P.M., the Mayor
recessed the meeting for
an Executive Session with
the City Manager to discuss personnel matters.
ADJOURNMENT
informal agreement.
The Council reconvened
at 6:50 P.M. and immediately
adjourned by unanimous
