REHABILITATION LOAN Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 81-1: A RESOLU- TION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING BOND ISSUES FOR THE FUNDING OF PERMANENT LOANS FOR REHABILITATION OF SPECIFIED PROPERTIES AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. commission Recommendation: App~ove all steps necessa~y to implement the Wells Fa~go Loan ~og~am. EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT/PHILIP MEGDAL Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 81-2: A RESOLU- TION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND PHILIP MEGDAL. Commission Recommendation: Not applicable. EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE A. EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE FOR BLOCK BOUNDED BY SYCAMORE, MAIN, SECOND AND THIRD STREETS Recommendation: Recommend that Ba~ba~a Mathewson, John Yelland and Robe~t Lawson be g~anted a six month exclusive ~ight to negotiate fo~ the development of the block bounded by Sycamo~e and Main, Second and Thi~d St~eets, excepting only the Builde~s Exchange Building on the southeast co~ne~ of the subject block, contingent upon the payment of one-half the cost of necessa~y app~aisals and economic feasibility analysis. commission Recommendation: Recommend to Agency that Ba~ba~a Mathewson, John Yelland and Robe~t Lawson be g~anted a six month exclusive ~ight to negotiate fo~ -2- . . . . the development of the block bounded by Sycamo~e and Main, Second and Thi~d St~eets, excepting only the Builde~s Exchange Building on the southeast co~ne~ of the subject block.
