FUNDING OF PERMANENT LOANS FOR REHABILITATION OF
SPECIFIED PROPERTIES AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS IN
CONNECTION THEREWITH.

AND PHILIP MEGDAL.

John Yelland and Robe~t Lawson be g~anted a six
month exclusive ~ight to negotiate fo~ the
development of the block bounded by Sycamo~e and
Main, Second and Thi~d St~eets, excepting only the
Builde~s Exchange Building on the southeast co~ne~
of the subject block, contingent upon the payment of
one-half the cost of necessa~y app~aisals and
economic feasibility analysis.
