Recommendation:

Adopt Resolution 82-45: A RESOLUTION
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
SANTA ANA APPROVING A DISPOSITION AND
MENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND
ROBINSON AND MARK P. ROBINSON, JR.

mentation by the Community Redevelopment

Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency adopt

site.

Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency adopt
the proposed budget and authorize its imple-
mentation by the Community Redevelopment
Commission.

REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO FERRANTE/WALDER JOINT VENTURE
Recommenda t ion:
1.
Adopt Resolution 82-100: A RESOLUTION OF THE
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
AGENCY AND THE FERRANTE/WALDER JOINT VENTURE.

Adopt proposed budget and authorize its imple-
mentation by the Community Redevelopment
Commission.
Commission Recommendation
1.
Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency adopt
a resolution authorizing the execution of a
Disposition and Development Agreement with
Ferrante/Walder for the development of the B-
1 site.
2.
Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency adopt
the budget and authorize its implementation
by the Community Redevelopment Commission.

MAJOR COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM/LOAN GUARANTEE
AGREEMENT/YMCA-205 W. CIVIC CENTER
Recommendation: Approve a Loan Guarantee between
the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Ana and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. for the YMCA-
205 W. Civic Center, in the amount of $750,000.
Commission Recommendation: Recommended that the
Redevelopment Agency approve a Loan Guarantee
Agreement between the Community Redevelopment
Agency and Wells Fargo Bank for a loan to the YMCA-
205 W. Civic Center in the amount of $750,000.
ACQUISITIONS
A.
ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY WITHIN THE FERRANTE/WALDER-
B-1 DEVELOPMENT SITE
Recommendation: Authorize the Chairman of the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Ana to execute an Agreement for the Acqui-
sition of Real Property in the Ferrante/Walder, B-
1 Development Site from Jones Investment Corporation
and Allen E. Jones.
Commission Recommendation:

MAJOR COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM/ASSIGNMENT OF
PARTICIPATION RIGHTS/208 NORTH MAIN STREET (BUILDERS'
EXCHANGE)
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 82-99: A RESOLU-
TION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA CONSENTING TO ASSIGNMENT OF
COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION PROJECT AGREEMENTS FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 208 NORTH MAIN STREET.

Commission Recommendation: Recommended that the
Agency adopt a resolutlon consenting to the Assignment
of Commercial Rehabilitation Project Agreements
for the property located at 208 North Main Street.
