PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED SALE BY THE COMMUNITY REDE- VELOPMENT AGENCY TO STEPHEN LAWRENCE PHILIPSON Recommendation: 1. Adopt Resolution 82-45: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMU- NITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING A DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND STEPHEN LAWRENCE PHILIPSON. 2. Adopt proposed budget and authorize its imple- mentation by the Community Redevelopment Commis- sion. Commission Recommendation: 1. Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency adopt a resolution authorizing the execution of a Disposi- tion and Development Agreement with Stephen Philipson for development of the A-I site. 2. Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency adopt the proposed budget and authorize its implementation by the Community Redevelopment Commission. . . . B. 3. PUBLIC HEARING TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY WITH ORANGE COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 82-46: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND ORANGE COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT FOR THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE SANTA ANA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA. Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the Rede- velopment Agency adopt a Resolution authorizing the Chairman to execute an Agreement for the Sale of Real Property to Orange County Transit District for a total consideration of $1,245,000.00. AWARD OF CONTRACT A. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SASSCER PARK 4. Recommendation: Award a contract for the construction of improvements to Sasscer Park to the lowest responsive bidder.
